Rooibos, meaning "red bush"; is a herbal tea by many names: rooibos, bush tea, or redbush tea.  All the magical antioxidants that come from tea but caffeine-free!

Amount: 3g /1½ teaspoons
Temperature: 200°F
Steeping Time: 4 to 6 minutes
